Why it matters
A PTP is not a recovery outcome by itself. It becomes useful only when the system knows whether the promise was realistic, followed up, paid, broken or escalated.
What good execution looks like
- Captures amount, date, mode, channel, owner and confidence
- Triggers reminders before the promised date
- Flags broken PTPs for escalation or reallocation
- Improves promise quality through historical performance patterns
